Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide and using Royal Mail First class using a shipping price matrix where we have entered prices from Royal Mail that means you pay the lowest price for your shipping based on weight and pack size. We have added a small amount to the shipping costs to cover packaging materials (padded envelopes, bubble wrap boxes etc). We aim to ship your order within 5 working days of it arriving with us (weekends excluded), most orders are shipped sooner. If your order is urgent please send an email and we will make every effort to get it out to you faster. International customers please be aware that flights can be delayed, packages can be rerouted or customs may choose to inspect your package more closely. Please be aware that you will responsible for paying any import taxes that may arise. Please allow 21 days for delivery before chasing your order. The vast majority of packages will arrive much sooner than this but that is the legal amount of time before we can make any kind of postal loss investigation with our mailing companies. We reserve the right to refuse to supply a customer who resides in an area which packages are often lost in transit.
Returns of un-opened and un-assembled items will be accepted within 14 days of the original delivery. If the item to be returned is as a result of a mistake on our part or is defective in any way we will reimburse your shipping costs to you along with the goods value. We aim to do this within 48 hours of the goods being returned to us. We advise you to obtain a certificate of posting for any items returned as we will not refund on any order where we have not received the returned goods. We will refund any fees to you by the same method that you used to purchase for your order. If the item is returned for any other reason you are solely responsible for paying the return shipping amount. When we reimburse the order value to you we reserve the right to retain any payment processing charges that we have incurred for your order. Please contact us via email prior to returning an item so that we can work together to sorting the matter out in a swift, satisfactory manner.
